I’m Natpakan Sirirat — a Product Designer based in Thailand with a strong interest in using AI tools to enhance the design process. My design philosophy is simple: ask meaningful questions, then craft thoughtful, human-centered solutions.

Curious by nature, I draw inspiration from philosophy, science, politics, and culture to enrich my design thinking — believing the best products come from understanding people, not just pixels.

  • Designed and presented UI/UX solutions for various clients across healthcare, insurance, industrial, and e-commerce sectors. Key projects include an NCDs app with Siriraj Hospital, a mobile booking app for Aura Clinic during COVID-19, and systems for Grobest. Also led website revamps for Lucky Star Weaving with a focus on usability and visual clarity.

  • Conducted a competitive audit for LINE MAN Mart (grocery feature) to identify UX opportunities and align product direction with market trends.
  • Designed sticker-based communication in rider chat to replace text messages, reducing interaction time and improving efficiency through visual UX solutions.
  • Created UI designs for key rider app features, including rating system, tipping functionality, and tip alert notifications — focusing on usability and seamless micro-interactions.
  • Led the UI/UX revamp of the LINE MAN official website to improve user engagement and clarity of service offerings, applying a user-centered design approach throughout.
